Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?

A: Once your order is processed by us, which usually take 1-2 days. We use Royal Mail for dispatching our orders, so, if you are in the UK we aim for next day delivery, however international deliverys aim to be delivered in 5-7 working days. **Please note, this is an estimate delivery time, so orders may arrive sooner or later than the days shown.**

Q: Will I have to pay a customs clearance charge on my order?

A: As we ship from the UK any orders to the EU, United States or other international countries may be subject to pay a customs clearance charge depending on your countries goods entering rules.
Please take this into consideration when making a purchase as we cannot be held responsbile for these charges nor can we guarantee you will have to pay or what the amount to pay will be. We would strongly advise you check your countries rules for goods entering from the UK.

Q: What do I do if my order doesn't show up?

A: Firstly, we reccommend checking to see if you need to pay a customs clearance charge for your order if you live outside of the UK. Secondly, we ask that you contact the courier and seek information from them. If you still can't locate your order we advise you get in contact with us so we can investigate when your order was dispatched and attempt to make contact with the courier (Royal Mail). We always suggest waiting a few more days to a week, as in very rare occassions, things can go wrong on the couriers end. However, they are usually pretty good at rectifying issues and getting items delivered later rather than never.

Q: Will you be getting more tags with different airports?

A: As we are still a start up and a lot of the investment has been self-funded, it is difficult to source lots of new products at one time. We have a whole list of tags we want to include to our store so expect to see airports added very soon.
